1. About AID INCLUSIVE

AID INCLUSIVE ("we," "us," or "our") is a digital platform dedicated to building a community of support for People of Determination in the United Arab Emirates.

We enable users to:

• Access verified information and resources
• Connect with therapists, doctors, nutritionists, inclusion experts, and vendors
• Discover accessible spaces, schools, and rehabilitation services
• Engage with content, articles, and inclusion stories

AID INCLUSIVE is a community resource, not a substitute for medical or professional advice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, browsing, or using any features of the platform, you agree to:

• Our Privacy Policy
• Any additional policies posted on the platform (e.g., content guidelines, directory terms)

If you are using AID INCLUSIVE on behalf of an organization or institution, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
• Organizations, vendors, and professionals listing their services must provide accurate and verifiable details.
• AID INCLUSIVE reserves the right to verify, approve, or reject any listing or registration to maintain platform quality and safety.

4. Account Registration

When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

AID INCLUSIVE is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful, respectful, and inclusive purposes.
• Respect the dignity and privacy of all community members.
• Refrain from posting, uploading, or sharing any content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or derogatory on the basis of race, religion, nationality, disability, gender, or any other protected characteristic.
• Not upload viruses, malware, or disruptive code.
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or misuse platform data.

Any form of hateful, abusive, or exclusionary behavior will result in immediate account suspension or permanent deletion, without prior notice.

6. Community Content and User Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the AID INCLUSIVE platform.
• AID INCLUSIVE does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content shared in forums, directories, or community spaces.
• Creators, administrators, and moderators reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content deemed to violate these Terms, including but not limited to content that is offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or harmful.
• Users who repeatedly violate content standards may be permanently removed from the platform.

7. Directory Listings and Third-Party Services

AID INCLUSIVE includes a directory of service providers, vendors, and professionals who support People of Determination. While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability:

• We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party service listed.
• All engagements or transactions are between the user and the provider.
• Users are encouraged to conduct their own verification before using third-party services.

AID INCLUSIVE shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or disputes arising from third-party interactions.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, graphics, and layout, are the intellectual property of AID INCLUSIVE or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Users grant AID INCLUSIVE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display their submitted content for promoting inclusion and awareness.

9. Accessibility and Inclusion Commitment

AID INCLUSIVE is designed to follow WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and aims to provide equitable access for all users.

• Misuses user data or platform resources
• Posts harmful, illegal, or misleading content

14. Modifications to the Platform or Terms
