About Kshitij
Kshitij Garg is the co-founder of AID Inclusive, where he helps translate the realities families face into practical digital products, connected services and scalable platform capabilities.
Based in Dubai, Kshitij brings experience in product management, enterprise platforms and technology delivery, alongside the perspective of a parent navigating inclusion and support systems. His work is guided by the belief that technology should reduce complexity for families rather than create another disconnected system.
At AID Inclusive, Kshitij contributes to product direction, platform strategy and the development of tools spanning communication, care coordination, service discovery and community participation. He works closely with Poornima Shukla to connect lived experience with thoughtful product design and responsible execution.
Kshitij is particularly interested in building systems that are useful in everyday life, can grow across communities and countries, and remain accessible to the families they are intended to support.
His role is not clinical. He contributes parent insight, product leadership and technology experience while seeking collaboration with disabled people, families, educators, qualified professionals and institutional partners.
